At my largest, I was 218 pounds on a 5′ 2,” light frame. Now I’m 193 and slowly losing the weight. By slowly, I lost my 20+ pounds in the space of 7 months. I’m not in this to lose the weight as a primary goal: I’m in this to be healthier. The weight loss is a secondary good thing. I feel better after losing the weight I have, and getting fitter and lighter feels good. I want to feel better, get stronger, and be a strong, self-sufficient woman even into my twilight years. I will be 50 in November 2013. This is serious business. I do not want to be a frail, dependent old woman.
I’m probably going to be doing some experiments with WordPress here. Hopefully they will count as enhancements! ^_^
